Mineral salts forming on cement block walls due to moisture intrusion from failing structural details (i.e. window flashing). This was observed in room 143 (below window), hallway outside room 225 between sets of windows, and room 003 on right wall between the two banners towards the right. Although the small casework to the left was dry via moisture meter, it will be removed to assess the wall and wood casework. Work Order 183957.
