A board-approved restoration contractor removed the impacted drywall (mold and/or wet) within a negative pressure containment. The contractor arrived to re-install drywall on October 14 and noted the origin of the original leak was still active (slight dripping). Building Services (HVAC) returned to perform additional maintenance, and permanently correct the leaking flange. Drywall was installed after the leak had been permanently corrected.
