Brown and fresh stained ceiling tiles were observed in portable wing 179 (hall outside of restrooms, foyer outside restrooms near fountains, around vent in girls' restroom, and classroom 5) and in main building in the hallway between two corridors / sets of firedoors near the outside of room A130. Custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services if not already being addressed.
The bulkhead at the entrance of the commons area to rooms 140-144 has peeling paint and water staining (dry). No present leak or mold growth observed above drop ceiling. Work Order 167100.

Portable wing 179 - questionable HVAC operation in four of the five rooms. Room 1 fan mode in question, room 2 fan mode in question and 70% RH, room 3 HVAC on, but 80 degrees (cool set point 74) and 65% RH, and room 4 HVAC is off. Work Order 167095.
