Inconsistency on the position of the Outside Air Dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units, the OADs appear to be 100% open and on others, partially open. For example, RTU-1, the OADs are 100% open, while on RAHU-B, the OADs are partially open comparatively.

ACU-1 and ACU-3- Filters dated June 2021, almost two years old. It appears that they were checked in February 2022 but were never replaced. These units have a single set (no pre-filter) of filters and should be replaced at least once a year.
