Good Afternoon Ms. NAME,
I just wanted to respond to you via email regarding the IEQ Concern that you submitted for the ceiling tiles in Room 111.
Stained ceiling tiles, leaking windows, and general concerns regarding HVAC, should be sent to the custodian and school administration. These items are addressed by custodial and building maintenance staff without the involvement of the Office of the Environment.
I have included the day building supervisor in this email so that he may replace your ceiling tiles and submit a work order to building maintenance to address the source of water damage.
The Office of the Environment will close out this IEQ Concern as custodial and building maintenance staff will address.
