All the supply diffusers were closed. This may hinder thermal comfort and air circulation. Upon opening, could feel a strong down draft from diffusers. Inspector repositioned the diffusers' louvers to be on an angle so not to force air directly downward. School administration is to inform staff and not to close off the diffusers in the future.
