Inconsistency on the position of the outside air dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units, the OADs appear to be 100% open while on others, partially open. For example, on one Heatex RTU (no tag number) and one AAON RTU-1, the OADs appear to be 100% open while on multiple AAON RTUs (no tag numbers), the OADs appear to be only slightly open.
On one Heatex RTU (no tag number) OADs appear to be100% closed.
