This was observed in rooms 5, 10, 16, 36, 64,71, 79 (media), and 92. It is assumed other rooms within the pod are the same and are to be reviewed and addressed by the school custodial staff.

Portable 110 has a small hole in metal siding near ramp door (left side of door). An overhang protects the void from inadvertent water entry (Work Order 160313).
Portable 159 has a significant tripping hazard where the wood boardwalk and metal ramp meet (Work Order 160313).
