Wood pallets with questionable staining on some are stored in the boys locker room storage room which is an unconditioned space (higher relative humidity). School administration is to have wood pallets removed from the interior of the school.

Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in the mini cafeteria, E175 (fresh and repeated dry staining), health suite (between cots), hallways (near C137 (fresh stain); cafeteria near first set of doors (fresh with repeated dry stains); technology education (near digital clock)), and media (second brick column from the front of the circular desk). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Maintenance to assess and correct leak and replace ceiling tile.
Discolored ceiling tiles with dust accumulation were observed surrounding supply air diffusers. Work Order 250129.

The stagecraft area, media center, and A184 are served by their own ventilation system. These areas had relative humidity readings above 70%. In addition to work order 248093, the Office of Environment monitored the areas by observation and placing data loggers to trend relative humidity and temperature.
