Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in the mini cafeteria, E175 (fresh and repeated dry staining), health suite (between cots), hallways (near C137 (fresh stain); cafeteria near first set of doors (fresh with repeated dry stains); technology education (near digital clock)), and media (second brick column from the front of the circular desk). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Maintenance to assess and correct leak and replace ceiling tile. Discolored ceiling tiles with dust accumulation were observed surrounding supply air diffusers. Work Order 250129.
