The underside of the large table in the middle of room 141 (teacher planning in gym hall) is heavily loaded with dust which under the right environmental conditions can become a food source for mold growth. Custodial staff is to clean the underside of the table.
Room 322 has a hot pad with jars of scented wax. School administration is to have removed and remind staff air fresheners of any sort are not permitted because they can mask an odor of concern and/or be an irritant/nuisance to other individuals.

Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in the media center (along bulkhead near chess club banner and book case R600-809LIT), hallway (2nd floor near stair 3; tile with security camera), staff restroom (2nd floor near stair 3; left restroom; tile with sensor), chemical storage in prep room 323 (tile with sprinkler head), hallway (3rd floor near room 320), 3rd floor science hallway (both entrances to prep room, near elevator, and left entrance/hall science wing / loop), 3rd floor (near stair 2 and room 349; bulkhead has hole in it, tile near bulkhead stain, water stain in light lens), and 3rd floor hall near teacher planning and room 304. If not already being addressed (especially those tiles containing equipment), custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services to evaluate, correct source, and replace ceiling tile.
