A cafeteria column (along exterior wall on right side) was determined to have a small section (1 SF) of wet drywall. Work Order 202265. These findings will be further investigated during winter break. Sources of the leaks are being addressed.

If not already in progress, school custodial staff to submit a work order to Building Services to evaluate, correct source, and replace ceiling tile. Plaster above locker bank 4668-4694 across from room 208 is blistering and wet as determined by the use of a moisture meter. Work Order 202268.

Mold growth on surfaces in portables 27, 61, and 145. Board-approved restoration contractor cleaned and disinfected portable furnishings as a precaution and placed a dehumidifier for a few days. The mold growth occurred due to an incorrect thermostat setting.
