Room 30 - Excessive dust on teacher lab bench. Behind Media next to Elevator Mechanical Room (Fridge & Microwave) and Upstairs Science Prep (Coffee Maker) - Staff should remove personal appliances for energy management purposes.

Stained ceiling tiles were observed throughout the building. Many of these were due to condensation related to the unscheduled shut-off of the schools boiler. Building Maintenance was aware of this and investigating it during the time of the IEQ Assessment. The following areas were observed with stained tiles: Tech Classroom (Across from Custodial Office), 74, Cafeteria (towards Windows), Outside of 12, Gym Office, School Storage (Guidance), Outside of 6, 9, and 36. If these areas continue to become stained after the boilers are returned to service, custodial is to place a work order if one is not already in progress.
