Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in media center, C111, C122, C125, girls locker room office (starting to form mold), and hallway (between rooms C112 & C113). An area may contain several stained ceiling tiles. The construction company overseeing the renovation/addition project is responsible for addressing. However, school custodial staff is to report any ceiling tile with visible mold growth to contractor so it can promptly be replaced and monitored.

Portable wing 267 room 4 had relative humidity of 76%. All other classrooms were below 70%. Thermostats in all areas of the portable wing were impacted by a recent power outage thus displaying wrong date and time of day which may hinder ventilation operation if programmed to follow an on/off schedule and certain set points. Work order 249943.
