Thermostats in the new portable wing displayed the wrong time of day. Although the portable may not be completed, Construction Office and Building Services were made a aware as a reminder via an email. The HVAC unit in portable 167 may not be operating. Occupant sensor triggered the HVAC unit on, but immediately stopped working. Thermostat indicated room temperature to be 62 degrees with heating set point at 70 degrees. Work Order 180122. Media was colder than other spaces inspected within the school. The indoor temperature was in the low to mid 60s. The air supply diffuser was blowing cold air. The media center is adjacent to a section of the school being renovated and share the same HVAC unit. Concrete finishing work was being conducted within the media center near the circulation desk. Construction Office and Building Services HVAC Shop to review per work order 180123. Airflow from air supply diffusers was not detected in rooms 206, 212, 220, and 230. These rooms along with others are served by HVAC units 3 & 11. The units were shut off during renovation activities in these zones and most likely not turned back on. Construction Office and Building Services HVAC Shop to review per work order 180121.
