Rooms 111, 159, 205, 210, 211, 215, and 218. This may be a result of the time of inspection, earlier operation due to COVID measures, weather, and type of ventilation unit serving noted areas. Thus not an issue during school hours. Work order 206383. The dehumidifier in portable 90 was turned off. The dehumidifier is to be turned on at a minimum during non-school hours by teaching and/or custodial staff in order to prevent possible moisture issues as a result of operating the ventilation unit 24/7 as a precautionary measure during COVID. School administration is to remind staff to turn on after school and turn off before students arrive until the dehumidifier is removed.

The thermostats in portables 149 and 230 had improper settings although a tampering cover is present. Both the thermostats' fan setting was set to "auto" instead of "on" as a COVID precautionary measure. Portable 149 cooling set point was 70 degrees (too low; should be at least 74 degrees). The settings were corrected at the time of the finding.
