If not, it is recommended they be removed to conserve energy. Staff Lounge and 3D - Artificial Plant(s). The Office of the Environment recommends removal of artificial plants as they collect dust and are difficult to clean (Administration). Room Next to Computer Lab - Two aerosol spray air fresheners observed. These can be an irritant for sensitive individuals and are to be removed (Administration). 3D (Bean Bags), 6A (cloth chairs), 6F (pillows and rug), and 1A (pillows and rug) - Non-Issued Fabric Materials. Administration is to have the staff member that brought the materials in submit a cleaning plan for these materials. Custodial is not responsible for the cleaning of non-HCPSS issued items. If not cleaned properly, the materials will collect dust and can be an allergen source for sensitive individuals. Electrical Room 2 - Minor dust on floor (Custodial). Storage Room next to Electrical Room 2 - Dead bug in light fixture (Custodial).
