Inconsistency on the position of the outside air dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units, the OADs appear to be 100% open and on others, 100% closed, while on others partially open. For example, AHU-1 and AHU-2, the OADs are 100% open, while on AHU-4 the are partially open. AHU-3 - The OADs are 100% closed.
