Inconsistency on the position of the outside air dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units OADs appear to be 100% open and on others 100% closed. For example, ACU-4, ACU-5, ACU-6, ACU-8, ACU-14 and ACU-2, OADs, 100% open and HV-1, HV-2, ACU-7, ACU-9, and ACU-16 (AAON) 100% closed.
The outside air dampers should not be 100% open on any units when the outside air temperature is in the high 30 degrees to low 40 degrees.
