Inconsistency on the position of the inlet vanes from one unit to the other. On some units inlet vanes 100% open and on others 100% closed while on others partially open. For example, RTU-7, inlet vanes on supply fan 100% open and RTU-4, 6, and 7 on return/exhaust fans100% closed.
