Bowed ceiling tiles are located in various locations. Elevated indoor relative humidity concerns can occur as function of the school's HVAC system and certain outdoor weather conditions. The Office of the Environment has requested that Building Maintenance (HVAC) create a re-occurring work order (annually) for the outdoor air dampers for certain unit ventilators to be closed during the summer to help prevent elevated indoor relative humidity and subsequent mold growth.
