The box filters (pre-filters present in front of box filters) in RTU-11 were not properly sized, thus boxes are in a slanted position when unit this is in operation.
A pair/set of air filters were out of place within a bank of air filters in RTU-12. A looped pin to hold filters in place was behind the these filters thus not allowing them to properly set in the housing.

Misc. Comments
Safety hazard (struck by) for individuals working around filter access door. Extended metal (flange/sharp corners) from the bottoms of the outdoor air intake hoods is in close proximity, thus an individual's face /head could come in contact and cause an injury.
