Visible dust accumulation (moderate to heavy) observed on trophies and stereo system in Room 204. School administration is to have custodial and teaching staff work together to clean (at least vacuum off).
The top of hallway lockers (related arts and cafeteria hallways) had visible dust accumulation. School custodial staff is to clean now, and then clean per their cleaning schedule.
File cabinets were stored in the shower stall within the boy's locker room gym office. The trap to the floor drain will dry out thus emit sewer gas odors. A slight aroma related to dried out floor drain traps was noted within the locker room. Furniture is to be removed from office shower stall so water can be periodically poured into the drain. Custodial staff is to check floor drains throughout locker room (especially student showers) and pour water down dried out traps.
Safety items observed include a light lens missing from a light fixture and a section of the metal floor transition strip protruding causing a trip hazard in Portable 91. Work orders 232037 and 232039.
