Inconsistency on the position of the outside air dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units OADs appeared to be 100% open while on others OADs partially open. For example, AHU-1-OADs are 100% open while on AHU-5 and ACU-1 OADs are less open.

Portable 52- Space temperature 79 degrees. Space temperature should not be more than 74 degrees. Thermostat was on "Hold" and system on "Heat" mode. Removed the "Hold" and changed it to the correct mode "Auto" while on site.
