It appears that the mechanical cooling is running on several units at 47 deg. outside temperature. If cooling is needed, economizer mode should be working to bring in cooler outside air up to 100% to cool the spaces. This mode will provide better indoor environment quality (IEQ) and at the same time save tremendous amount of energy and cost and will extend the life of certain portions of the units. Highly recommend checking and verifying the operation of the economizer mode and other controls operation in the field.
