Ceiling tile bowed out of ceiling grid in portable 209. Ceiling tile stain in portable 186 near supply air diffuser and light towards the thermostat. Two stained ceiling tiles in media storage 106 (off server room) below HVAC equipment (labeled on ceiling tile grid). Ceiling tile stain in room 16 and gym office. If not already being addressed, school custodial is to submit a work order to Building Services to evaluate, correct source, and replace ceiling tile.
