Finding: Lake Elkhorn Middle School: various classrooms throughout the building (FXLEMS2021001F05)

A board-approved restoration contractor cleaned/disinfected the impacted materials within Room 111. The remainder of the room was also cleaned as a precaution. Various items such as rocks and fossils were not cleaned to avoid damage as requested by the teacher. No mold growth was observed on these items or the shelving they sat on, so they did not necessarily require cleaning.
