Comments
In general, many door frames are rusted and the doors do not seal properly (daylight). The
Office of the Environment inquired with Building Maintenance regarding the condition/age of
the exterior of the building in general (particularly doors and windows). Building Maintenance
reported that they plan to perform exterior repairs in conjunction with Heating Ventilation and
Air Conditioning (HVAC) upgrades in phases using capital funding over time.
