AHU-1 - Filter end bracket for pre-filters was not installed and standing on the side leaning against the final filter. While there, the filters were reinstalled and the bracket put back but there was only one screw instead of three that are required for proper filter installation. This was just a temporary solution to prevent filters from getting pushed out again but not sure how long the temporary fix is going to last. The bracket needs to be properly installed with all three screws. Also, no installation date and initials on pre-filters.
AHU-2- Similar issue as AHU-1 above except there was no bracket I could find to reinstall it.
AHU-4- Incorrect size final filters installed causing air bypass. Also, two different types of final filters installed at the top and bottom.
AHU-5- Two different types of final filters installed. Incorrect size pre-filters, causing air bypass.
RTU-6- Incorrect size pre-filter and final filters installed. Plus filter end bracket does not appear to be of proper size and also bent and won’t go in the filter track completely causing air bypass.

Misc. Comments
A few spare filters laying open on top of a ductwork in the main penthouse collecting dust. New filters should be stored inside box as not to reduce performance.
