Portable # 107, Thermostat # 2 - System was set in "Cooling" mode instead of "Auto" mode and because of that, the temperature set point was 72 deg. for cooling despite the fact that it was heating season. Due to no heat the space temperature was 65 degrees and the system was still not running due to incorrect mode. Changed the system to "Auto" mode while at site and the system immediately came on and started heating.
