Finding: Thunder Hill Elementary School: Kitchen (FXTHES2023002475)

As noted in IEQ Concern #CXTHES202200023A, the Office of the Environment assessed the kitchen area for mold growth following a repair that was made to the walk-in last August. The repair does not seem to be preventing the issue from re-occurring. The area will be re-cleaned prior to students arriving for the 2023-2024 school year. The schools Administration and the Office of the Environment are currently scheduling a meeting with the Office of Food and Nutrition Services to determine if the walk-in needs to be replaced or if additional repairs are an option.
