Finding: Oakland Mills High School: Throughout the Building (FXOMHS2023002413)

Air conditioning running in most of the areas of the building during the day, during the summer vacation and overcooling the spaces below the HCPSS energy guidelines setting of 76 deg. for cooling . In summer, air conditioning is supposed to run only from 4 pm to 6 pm on weekdays if there's no summer school, summer camp, and/or if custodial requested. Building Maintenance is to review the operations schedule for the school and temperature set point.
