The wallpaper near the back door was peeling. The back of the wall paper appeared to have mold growth. A work order was created for Building Maintenance to remove the impacted drywall, address the cause of the leak (if still occurring) and check the wall cavity for additional growth. When the response actions are complete, additional details will be available in association with IEQ Concern #CXMWMS202300027B.
