Wall return air grille is visibly dusty. A HEPA air cleaner issued for COVID is in front of the return air which may aiding the particulate to accumulate on this return air grille (did not notice in other areas inspected) via air turbulence and/or static from air movement. School administration is to inform teaching staff to not place HEPA air cleaners within 3' of air returns and then have custodial staff clean the grille.
