An area carpet is not lying flat on the floor causing a tripping hazard. In addition, the carpet does not look like it is being vacuumed. School administration is inform staff to keep carpet flat on the floor. If not possible, then replace with new carpet. In any event, inform custodial staff to vacuum per frequency on their cleaning chart.
