Finding: Laurel Woods Elementary School: Room 153 (FXLWES20230021D4)

Several cushions and/or pillows were observed. The large cushion was heavily stained/soiled. If not properly maintained, they can eventually accumulate allergens thus when used in close proximity by students can release allergens and affect someone with allergy sensitivities. School administration is to determine if the cushions/pillows are necessary. If they remain, teaching staff is responsible for maintaining (i.e. vacuum) on a regular schedule. The large cushion with staining is to be removed from the school.
