Finding: Central Office: Upper Level (FXXXCO2026002D7C)

As a precaution, Building Maintenance also performed the following:

• Building Maintenance (Electrical) inspected light fixtures for potential burning odors. They replaced bulbs/ballasts as needed. No unusual odors were identifed during the process. 
• The return air openings (in the lights) were cleaned above the desk of the staff member with the concern. 
• The induction box associated with the supply diffusers above the occupant with the concern were dismanteled and cleaned
