A wall hanging covering the entire wall surface above the wood bank of lockers. The type of wall covering may trap water vapor to allow mold growth to form behind the covering. This is a concern on the exterior wall (other side exposed to the outdoors). School administration is to inform staff at a minimum to remove the wall covering on a true exterior wall.
