Building Maintenance (Roofing) assessed the damaged gypsum decking and the roof above the damage. Minor penetrations in the roof were identified and patched. The hole in the decking will remain open so that the area can be monitored for leaks following a rain event. If no leaks are identified, the hole in the decking will be patched.
