Remediation
The Office of the Environment recommended that Building Maintenance cut out the impacted drywall and if possible consider a non-permeable barrier (such as plastic) along the wall to prevent the freezer(s) from coming in contact with drywall. Building Maintenance had a contractor onsite when the request was made (same day as the assessment) and the contractor was directed to remove the impacted drywall.
