Remediation
The board approved restoration contractor:
- removed all the ceiling tiles and cleaned the ceiling grid
- removed all items from shelves after cleaning the exterior of items
- removed items were boxed in a new cardboard box and removed from the storage room area
- the new boxes were placed in the area that was agreed upon based on conversations with the Science Lab Manager
- the contractor cleaned the shelves and hard surfaces after items were removed
- placed an air scrubber in the area to filter particulates out of air
