The non-HCPSS floor lamp is missing a bulb. That light shade is broken. It appears broken pieces of the lamp shade are in the bulb socket. If the lamp is necessary, the shade is to be replaced, light bulb placed within the open socket, and move away from the room's thermostat located on the wall. Otherwise the lamp is to be removed as soon as possible. School administration is to inform teaching staff.
