Remediation
The wall-mounted unit was checked for proper operation, particularly over-cooling. No concerns with the unit were identified and the unit was providing proper temperature (not over-cooling). The discharge temperature during the summer (when the event likely occurred) cannot be determined.
The Office of the Environment will investigate the area during the Summer of 2024 in an attempt to determine the cause.
