Finding: Triadelphia Ridge Elementary School: Room D2 (FXTRES2022002040)

A small shag throw rug was present. It is believed shag carpets are harder to be kept cleaned based on the style of carpet and may not be easily vacuumed (pull carpet off the floor thus jamming the vacuum beater bar). The Office of the Environment recommends removal. If the rug is to remain (Administrative decision), routine cleaning is the responsibility of the staff member who brought it in. A cleaning plan is to be submitted to Administration.
