Finding: River Hill High School: Majority of the unoccupied spaces (FXRHHS2023002521)

Most of the unoccupied areas maintaining space temperature between 71 deg. and 73 deg. Air conditioning running earlier in the day in most of the areas of the building while they are unoccupied during the summer vacation and overcooling the spaces below the HCPSS Guidelines for Energy Conservation setting of 76 deg. for cooling. Plus, per the Memorandum, in summer, air conditioning is supposed to run only from 4 pm to 6 pm on weekdays if there's no summer school, summer camp, and/or if custodial requested. Building Maintenance HVAC Department is to review the HVAC operations schedule for the school and temperature set point.
