A general cleaning of the unit was performed.
The thermostat was adjusted so the thermostat would not cycle on/off prior to when the system is scheduled to come on. As a result of the cycling, the system may have been introducing warm/humid outside air during unoccupied hours potentially causing the odor.Building Services (HVAC) has visited the site several times prior to the systems operating to verify the system is no longer cycling on and off.
The pipe insulation within the unit was removed and replaced (November 2018).
