Building Maintenance removed the impacted drywall and insulation within the wall cavity. No impact was reported to the studs however they were encapsulated as a precaution.
The cause of the moisture intrusion was associated with damaged trim (around door) and damaged flashing. Building Maintenance made the repairs to the deficiencies.
