A small portable fan was observed on top of a file cabinet. The top of the file cabinet had visible dust accumulation. The fan also had visible dust accumulation. The fan has the potential to release dust from it when in use and disturb settled dust on the file cabinet. School administration is to have fan replaced and/or cleaned along with custodial staff to dust the file cabinet.
