Finding: Laurel Woods Elementary School: Room 154 (FXLWES20230021D6)

Several fabric items observed. Yellowish chair pads with staining were observed in book case. Two arm chair pillows with visible dust accumulation were observed stored on top of the wall cabinets above the sink. If not properly maintained, they can eventually accumulate allergens thus when used in close proximity by students can release allergens and affect someone with allergy sensitivities. School administration is to determine if the arm chair pillows are necessary. If they remain, teaching staff is responsible for maintaining (i.e. vacuum) on a regular schedule. The yellowish chair cushions with staining are to be removed from the school.
