Building maintenance (Carpentry) removed vinyl cove base to expose wooden kickplates underneath the sink cabinets. One of the kickplates from was removed from each sink cabinet to provide access to the backside of the wooden kickplates.
Minimal water damage was observed in locations with elevated moisture readings.
No visible mold was identified except for on the backside of one kickplate associated with sink station "7".
The impacted kickplate was removed and replaced. The remainder of the kickplates were allowed to dry.
Kickplates were found to be dry on 12-30-25.
The vinyl covebase was reinstalled on 1-5-2025.
