Visible mold on surfaces due to elevated relative humidity/dew point
Remediation
A board-approved restoration contractor cleaned/disinfected the carpet. A precautionary cleaning was conducted on the remaining surfaces (desks, chairs, etc.) within the room. Air scrubbers equipped with High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters were operated during the cleaning. The air scrubbers were left in place for approximately 24-hours after the cleaning.
